This is the second single in T-ara's 4th album with named "BLACK EYES".
T-ara absolutely creative in this album, especially in single: Cry Cry, they make 3 video in different version. This isn't for the first time strategy in music business to support their selling the album with making short movie in music video. Lady gaga as mother fucker for little monsters is the first artist that always combining between concept of story, music and fashion, but in asia is the first time, and T-ara did well.
